Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated on a “per order” basis and are based on the shipping method that you select.  The available shipping methods are UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Orders are normally shipped within 7 days. If the particular item is out of stock and has to be made, you will be notified. In that case, expect your order to arrive in 14 days or less.

For Custom Orders:

Production turnaround is 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from artwork approval (which you will receive via email) to print. 

Tracking

Tracking numbers are sent via e-mail once your package has been prepped and labelled for shipping. If, for some reason, you have not received your tracking number after the designated production time, please contact us, and we will help to resolve the issue. 

In the event that we experience delays in any of our processes and that the expected shipping date is changed, we will reach out to our customers and inform them of changes and/or delays. 

Wild Stitches LLC, who operates this website, is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged once they leave our warehouse. We are also not responsible for any actions, changes, or delays caused by the carrier who is in possession of your package. 

If a custom quote request is submitted on our website, wildstitcheshsv.com will not disclose which carrier we will use ahead of time in the effort to provide you with the best possible service. When deciding which carrier to use, please note, we consider several factors, such as timing and shipping prices. 

If you would like expedited shipping and/or production, we will be more than happy to assist you with that. The rush fee is 25% of the total invoice price, which will be added to your invoice with the title “RUSH FEE.”. 

We ask that if you have received a tracking number and have questions regarding the package, please reach out to the carrier first. If you are unable to reach the carrier or fail to receive an appropriate answer regarding your issue, please contact us and we will assist you as best as we can. Please note that in this case, all information that we provide will be strictly from the respective carrier.
